Our mission is to provide high quality gourmet mushrooms to the local community. Our wood loving mushrooms are sustainably grown in Canterbury, CT on a blend of hardwood sawdust and grains. Our choice varieties are packed with fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and most importantly flavor!

Oyster

Oyster mushrooms are one of the most common mushrooms used in cuisine world wide. We have several varieties in-house that will be rotating with the seasons.

Lions Mane and Bears Head

Lions Mane and Bears Head (Hericium) are known for being similar to crab or lobster with a lighter nuttier flavor profile.

Chestnut

Chestnut mushrooms have speckled caps resembling the color of their namesake nut. When cooked, they have a woodsy aroma, a meaty heaviness, and a rich, mildly-sweet flavor.
